The TH series bucket elevators are suitable for vertically conveying highly abrasive powdered, granular, and small lump materials such as grain, coal, cement, and crushed ore. The conveying height ranges from 3 to 40 meters. Their features include a simple structure, smooth operation, scoop-type loading, mixed or gravity discharge, and combined sprocket rims for easy replacement. The chains are specially treated for long service life, and the lower part uses a gravity automatic tensioning device to maintain constant tension, preventing slippage or derailment. Additionally, when the bucket encounters resistance, it has a certain degree of flexibility to effectively protect moving parts. The material temperature should not exceed 250°C. The TH type is designed and manufactured according to the JB3926-85 "Vertical Bucket Elevator" standard and should be prioritized. The HL type bucket elevator has the same connection dimensions, chains, sprockets, and tensioning devices as the TH type, ensuring the same reliability.
